Here at Synergy, safety is our number one priority. Each of our employees and subcontractors are required to understand and complete the approproate OSHA 30/10 hour class along with other various programs. Our objective is to strive for zero incidents, and we are dedicated to promoting a safe, accident free environment. We have established a Safety/Training Committee that is continuously updating and modifying our safety/training program to make our company a safe place to work and do business with. The Safety/Training Committee, along with our employees, have weekly meetings to guarantee that each individual is up to date with any modifications made to our safety/training program. Our safety program is blended with our training program to ensure that our customers are getting safe, responsible and knowledgeable workers.
